Except for the last Sunday of every month, The Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel are closed every Sunday. Except for Sunday at 8:30 AM, 11:00 AM and 2:30 PM this tour run all days. 

Dressing:

Please wear clothes that cover knees, and shoulders. No shorts, sleeveless blouse, shorts are allowed.

The closest station to the Vatican is the Ottaviano-S. Pietro station.  The Museum is a 5-minute walk distance from this metro station.

Be prepared for lots of walking and crowded setting.It is best to combine your visit to the Museum with one to the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica. Buy your ticket in advance to avoid a long line, or book a tour. really loved the whole tour!
